All prices are displayed in Pounds sterling and are the total price inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax).

Delivery

Delivery is FREE for all orders over £100, Orders under £100 are subject to a delivery charge of £4.95. This delivery price only applies to UK Mainland orders.

Depending on stock availability, orders are dispached within 2-3 days and we will notify by email when we are despatching the order.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery and will require a signature on delivery. Orders are fully insured by us while in transit with Royal Mail.

We offer 24hr on-line ordering through our website. All orders are processed via a secure server.

To order a product, simply ensure your product options are correct and click the add to basket button. You will then be asked if you would like to process the order or continue shopping. Click continue shopping if you wish to order more than one product. After you have completed your order you will automatically be sent an order confirmation by email.

We accept all major credit and debit cards. These include Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Solo or Delta. Items will only be despatched to a customer on authorisation by your card.

Returns / Exchanges

Each piece of jewellery is fitted with a security ticket, provided this ticket is intact and the item is unworn and returned in its original packaging, we offer all our customers a 10 day "no quibble" return policy. (from 10 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.)
